Previous to Meow Wolf, I worked as a part of the Academy of Art University’s Cyber Campus team identifying strengths and weaknesses in one of the first and largest custom online education platforms. With a focus in QA that incorporated instructor and student feedback, I was responsible for assisting in the development of new tools, layouts, and functions which would make for a more rewarding experience for both students and educators.

Features assessed and integrated included:

  • Post flagging for instructors.
  • A whiteboard markup space to allow instructors to provide visual call outs on student work.
  • Highlighting of new posts.
  • The option of switching to a grid layout more appropriate for visual arts courses than the previous BBS-style system.
